It took me half hour to get from my apt. to where I work, which is near fifth third field (approx. 3.5 miles). UD was actually smart enough to postpone classes today, even though it doesnt seem it was conveyed in the best fashion; however it was on WHIO 6am news this morning, scrolling with the other closings on the bottom of the screen. |

(User Info | Send a Message) | From another alum who lives and works near downtown Cincinnati... It wasn't too bad getting into work. (Back during the snowstorm of '78, every business in downtown Cincy was closed except good ol' 5/3.) I'm getting used to removing snow and ice from my car and driving in lower gears. Even though the multiplying potholes are stating to drive me bananas. You guys better enjoy your snow days... I only got one in five years!
P.S. Did I mention that the city of Cincinnati and some of its suburbs are running out of salt? My few thousand dollars of city taxes at work! :-) |
