Cheese tricks

I discovered a neat trick today, and I wanted to share it with everybody. It all started out with a taco ... well, a burrito actually. We bought a cheese grater the other day, and I was anxious to grate some cheese for my burrito. However, I recently ate the last of our brick-o-cheddar, so we really didn't have anything but sliced American. Now, obviously you can't grate cheese if it's already sliced, right? Wrong. The procedure is actually quite simple ... fold it in half so it breaks down the middle, then fold each of those pieces in half, etc. until you have eight equally sized small squares. Stack them on top of each other and you have a cube. And we all know that a cube of cheese is easily gratable.
