You may or may not know, or for that matter care, but it was a year ago today, February 12th that Brian Young announced that he was leaving UD. I was personally floored and I know some of the other guys here at CFdC were shocked as well. I couldn't figure out the rationale for it at the time, but I figured it was all for the better. Now, a year later, I can see very clearly why he left. It wasn't that he didn't love what he was doing, it was the environment he was forced to operate in. It was the people and all of their ignorance he had to deal with.

Everyday he had to go perform on the stage that the LTC is. The LTC is truly that; a stage. Nothing ever gets done there, but they look good faking work. Brian then had to deal with all of the BS that people dish out. Brian was one that would crack the whip at you if you weren't doing your job and many people saw him as a threat as a result. If you ask me, there is still a place for an ass kicker here. The network absolutely blows. We all know that, but the weakest links are not being dealt with accordingly. Once that is taken care of, this place will be a lot better off.
