A sad day fin aviation history
Today marks the final commercial flight of the Concorde. To quote Richard Quest, "This is the first time in history that aviation history is taking a step backwards." Here is the Washington Post Article This is one about celebrities on the last flight.

Although I never had the pleasure of flying in the engineering marvel, I have had the experience of touring the cabin and seeing it take off and do a flyby first hand. there is nothing quite like it in the world and there won't be for a very long time. It is a sad day in aviation that comes so close to the centenial annaversary of flight.
