Basketball Craziness
Ah yes. It is March and that can only mean one thing. College Hoops! I don't know about you, but I have watched 10 baskeball games in the last 2 days and I can't get enough. Amazing games like UCLA/Arizona and who can forget Temple upsetting Xavier at our very own UD Arena. Thousands of Temple fans, backed up by thousands of Flyer Fans cheered the Owls to victory over those pesky Musketeers. John Chaney might be old (71) and may look deceased, but he is a damn good coach. Paul Daugherty from the Cincinatti Enquirer was quoted as saying, "(David) West played like he got dumped by his girlfriend." Read more about that here. Our very own Dayton Flyers take on John Chaney's Temple Owls here at Dayton Arena. Game time is 1800 and will be shown on ESPN.

Nope, he isn't dead yet.

GO FLYERS!!!!! If we win today against Cheany and Temple, Dayton could get as high as a 4 seed in the NCAA tourney. Watch the pairings on Sunday.

Also speaking of scary looking coaches like Cheaney, dide anyone see the coach for St. Joes, and how his bald head was weird looking, I mean it looked like his skull was going to come out of his head, with that bulging ridge. Gross!!!

GO FLYERS!!!!!

This is incredible! Depending on how the brackets flesh out, we may go to the Sweet 16. (In one sense, it's kind of a blessing in disguise that spring break is this week, eh?) And me and one of my roommates were at a local BW3's to catch the end of the Xavier/Temple game. I was the only Flyer in the bunch. It was so great... I think I'm going to cry now.
